If you have a carpet, you can do sit ups and other ab exercises on it. Don’t do it on hard floors, because it will hurt and damage your tail bone. You can do push ups, plank (push up position held up-it’s a lot harder then you think when you are doing it right!), side plank (push up position one arm, other arm up in the air, make a T shape), squats ( squat and jump), lunges, and jogging outside or riding a bike. Remember, before you start to exercise, stretch and warm up to avoid injury. Also, warm down (decrease the intensity of your workout by about 50% and work for another 10 minutes), otherwise you will be all achy the next morning.
Keep pushing yourself and don’t give up! Use your creativity and make up your own fun routines.

Like I was taking celltech and anabolic halo but the celltech only puts water in ur muscles soo that’s fake u want lean muscle that isn’t gunna be lost cuz it was built wit creatine or cell tech.. What could I get that will make me see some great results what’s the closest to steroids but not harmful and pretty safee. That won’t destroy my heart and kidneys and liver.

If you have huge muscles does it make you slow when throwing a punch or does it make you slower when moving your legs with speed

hello,
it is not the huge muscles that cause an individual to move slowly during the fight. the training method used to acquire the huge muscles is what causes slow movement during the fight. bodybuilders tend toward slow movements along a single plane of motion. fighters tend toward rapid movements that move through several planes of motion simultaneously.
generally speaking, the types of movement required to build huge muscle mass, and that required to fight well are very different.
the nature of your question suggests either you are a large individual, or you know one that may be experiencing some difficulty in fighting.
anyone who has “huge muscles” can become a fast moving fighter. that individual must simply decide which sport they wish to pursue. if they pursue fighting, then they must adjust their training to that of a fighter, and given time, their body will adapt to the new “operational conditions”.
hopefully this helps.
thanks

I’m 15 and I am going to start MMA (mixed martial arts) irl so I don’t want to look like those women bodybuilders but more of a lean muscle look like in figure competitions. Will it help me lose weight too?? I’m cleaning up my diet so I don’t have anything unhealthy. Do I take it before or after a work out and do I take casein protein powder before bed time??
Thanks=]

I wouldn’t take anything……you do not need it………eat good cuts of protein, fish , meats. fowl, eggs, ham, bacon and lots of fresh veg’s and a nice pear or apple. Leave the sugars and garbage food alone and you will look absolutely stunning in 1 year. Save your money for nice trips and clothes and the things you will need for the meets. Good luck and have fun.

If you bulk up really huge, would you get stretch marks. Look at this guy in this picture…http://img8.modelmayhem.com/070531/00/465e4c6ef2545.jpg
what if he stopped pumping iron and let his body flatten out a bit….would his skin be stretched out beyond natural repair?

Lmfao that’s gross.
Um, my boyfriend has stretch marks from getting big muscles, and it was just because he got them so fast. That’s why the stretch marks come.

I am confused. I’m in pretty good shape but want to be really toned (NOT hugely muscled! Toned!!!). I usually do the same muscle work every day. A trainer just told me that I should just do one area a day of the week (like, legs on Monday, abs on Tuesday, etc). He says that because otherwise my muscle won’t grow, I’ll just plateau because I’m continually breaking the muscle down. He also told me that I should do heavy weights, when I heard from another trainer that I should do lots of reps of light weights, not a few reps of heavy weights, because if I do heavy weights it’ll make my muscles huge, which is NOT what I want! This trainer also told me not to do a lot of cardio every day. I’m 22, I like to run, I run 1-2 miles a day! Is that bad? Will it prevent me from losing weight/gaining muscle?

It is true that your muscles need 24hrs. to recuperate, so you should vary your workout. Maybe upper body one day, lower body the next, etc. For toning, yes lighter weights w/ more reps is good because you’re basically working on endurance of the muscle, as opposed to strength.
Personally, I don’t see anything wrong with what you’re doing for cardio workout. It’ll help you trim down, and tone your legs, as well as give you a good overall endurance.
